Into the great unknown, Smoke trails as we hit the road, got what we wanted now that this feels like home.
We get by and we'll always try, Living our lives for these after shows, Fists in the air to the songs we know, Whisky bottle in tow, We'll all be friends in an hour or so.
Nothing left of this town called home, Time to move on before it takes a hold with depression and woe.
So out to the unknown, Fuck this place, this ain't no home and which way to the positive road.
We're nearly done and it takes a hold and gigs, they come around like fucking seasons, and we get so damn dependent we lack the reasons.
